I’m so glad you are here!

My name is Tracey Jo Rose, I'm 57, I am an RN,  wife, mom, grandma, farm owner and run a few home businesses from home. When I’m not chasing grandkids and cows, I am working on my health mentally and physically and helping others to do the same.

Over 6 yrs ago, believe it or not, I was depressed, overweight, insecure and confidence level zero, I became antisocial and it almost cost me my marriage and many friends. With God's help, strong faith, an amazing support group of friends and some all natural supplements I was able to lose the weight, regain my confidence and overcome all these battles.   

God seemed to lead me to this journey of wanting to help others, there was just this pull on my heart, If I could help just one person not go thru what I went thru, then it's worth every minute of my time.

I hope the things I share and offer here can help you in some way, if not maybe you can pass it on to someone you know that could use it. Helping others and paying it forward  is what it's all about.
